In the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area, as a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare leader with over 15 years of comprehensive experience, my work spans nursing, executive management, and business operations.
I have a proven expertise in establishing and leading healthcare ventures, specializing in home health administration, staff development, clinical operations, and quality assurance.
Currently, as the CEO and Executive Director of JLynn Solutions, LLC, I direct a national healthcare subcontracting firm. We are licensed in many states and committed to connecting businesses with highly skilled healthcare professionals. Alongside my executive responsibilities, I remain deeply connected to patient care, providing expert in-home healthcare services as an independent contractor for trusted businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I am a licensed Registered Nurse in California, Texas, and several other states with a strong foundation in compassion, dignity, and respect. My commitment to lifelong learning is reflected in my current pursuit of an MSN/FNP degree, further advancing my expertise to better serve our clients and patients.

My passion for healthcare began early, leading me to pursue a career where I could make a tangible difference in people's lives. I earned my Associate Degree in Nursing from Southeast Health College, an achievement marked by dedication and the honor of receiving The Southeast Missouri Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship for two consecutive years.
Before that, my academic excellence was recognized as Valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA from Metro Business College for my Medical Assistant diploma. These formative years instilled in me the core values of diligence, compassion, and continuous learning.
From Bedside to Leadership
My career started at the heart of patient care. That "First day as an RN!" was a pivotal moment. I gained invaluable hands-on experience across various settings, from med-surg floors to specialized home health.
Each role, whether as a Case Manager, Admitting Nurse, or Director of Nursing, deepened my clinical skills and understanding of the healthcare ecosystem. This direct patient interaction shaped my philosophy: care must be comprehensive, personalized, and always delivered with empathy.
